Correct-Tech Inc. ( CTI ) designs and manufactures hot tub controls and heaters. Our focus is quality, superior design and excellent service. With over 20 years of experience in the hot tub / spa industry we supply a full range of controls in both mechanical and digital design.

We manufacture the entire spa pak including the control box, the heater and the control, combining it with cutting edge technology. Our ILLUMALITE fiber optics backlight runs off of a white LED and has a life span of over 100,000 hours. That's more than ten years of constant operation. Our unique method of backlighting will allow you to ILLUMALITE your logo as well.

We are located 5 minutes from Pearson International Airport Toronto, in the hub of the Canadian manufacturing sector.

The owners of CTI are well seasoned in the manufacturing process and ISO quality control. Ted Williams has implemented the ISO 9001 quality standard documentation for CTI's sister company CBM Metal, and they have been fully registered since 1997. The same format for quality is being used at CTI to ensure that consistent quality and continuous improvement prevail.

CTI is always testing, testing, testing. If it doesn't pass the test. Back it goes until it is done right !

We do the testing so you get GOOD PRODUCT !

We can also assist with CE, CSA and UL Certification of your new or upgraded spa line. CTI Is located ten minutes from the Eastern Canadian Edison Testing Laboratories ( ETL ) Lab.

CTI is always testing components as part of our ISO incoming inspection process. We filter out the bad stuff so you don't have to.
CTI tests every spa pak wet under load. This checks the pressure switch and heater body for water and current leaks. The relays are fired and circuit connections checked before we put on our quality stamp of approval.

This takes us much more time but it has a dramatic effect on decreased in-field product failure = Better End Results for all of us !
CTI strongly recommends training before selling and servicing our controls. Proper knowledge combined with the correct parts on hand will allow you to troubleshoot and repair like a "True Professional".
